There’s this exercise routine that’s going around the internet called the 300 Fitness challenges; which was rumored to be the actual fitness program of the cast of the movie 300. I came upon this brutal plan and this is probably a sensible way to go for weight loss for men. These weight loss exercises are supposed to build lean muscle and get you sculpted like Leonidas. Frankly, this program is definitely designed for the athletic male; I’m not that athletic enough to execute the exercises so I’ll stay with walking for weight loss for now.

I am all for taking in weight-loss items and vitamin supplements but there’s one weight-loss method that I’ll certainly not do: taking laxatives to lose weight. I figured that getting 6-pack washboard abs is really a motivation for me to lose weight; I’m not stating I’m fat but I do desire the body of George St. Pierre from the UFC who’s got 0% body fat. I still have to find out how to lose weight in 2 weeks for my uncle’s wedding in Maine. Somebody advised that I do acupuncture for weight loss but I’m scared of needles. My cousin recommended me to count calories as a way to let me shed weight: so I asked him “how many calories do I need to lose weight?” and he laughed and said that I have to burn two times the calories that I eat to stimulate safe weight loss. He additionally said to take b12 shots for weight loss so I will have the extra boost and elevated fat burning capacity. I was a bit cautious on calorie counting because I have read somewhere that it does not really work and it’s not really necessary. Weight loss can be confusing at times.
