My Fat loss Journal – Food and Dietary Supplements

So I am on a purpose to lose weight fast and safe; I’ve been performing exercises for the past 7 days now, consuming herbal supplements, and incorporating foods that help you lose weight to my food selection. I’m not really into those dietary fads because I love to stuff myself with food on any given day; blame it on my healthy urge for food. I’m still pondering about taking a resveratrol weight loss supplement simply because it’s supposed to be very good for your body and it helps me lose fat. My goal is definitely to lose 4lbs in 2 weeks or less.
