I am all for taking in weight-loss items and vitamin supplements but there’s one weight-loss method that I’ll certainly not do: taking laxatives to lose weight. According to a number of specialists, long term laxative intake can cause diarrhea, dehydration and bowel irregularity. Even though I wish to lose weight in 2 weeks, I’m not that eager to accomplish something that ignorant. Doing interval training is still the best exercises to lose weight for me and I am dropping weight slowly and gradually while building muscle at the same time. Neat huh?
