My cousin recommended me to count calories as a way to let me shed weight: so I asked him “how many calories do I need to lose weight?” and he laughed and said that I have to burn two times the calories that I eat to stimulate safe weight loss. He additionally said to take b12 shots for weight loss so I will have the extra boost and elevated fat burning capacity. I was a bit cautious on calorie counting because I have read somewhere that it does not really work and it’s not really necessary. Weight loss can be confusing at times.
