Weight reduction tips from my trainer

I wanted to share some weight loss solutions and guidance that my fitness instructor was kind enough to go over with me. The best way to slim down, according to him, was to take an herbal weight loss program or a natural diet; his menu incorporated fruits, vegetables, lean meat and rice. He also told me that I don’t have to do a fasting to lose weight because it’s a fantasy that consuming less can encourage weight loss. I found his tips very helpful and I’ll be changing to a new diet real soon.
